Kyle Nunes Medeiros, who creates under the name Kyle24, didn’t start out with a large following or a polished plan, just the motivation to keep making things and see where it led. That’s evolved into a body of work centred on mindset, confidence, and entrepreneurship, paired with his podcast, Better Every Day with Kyle Nunes Medeiros, where he digs deeper into the ideas behind his content.

What is your channel called and what is it about?
My main YouTube channel is Kyle24. My content focuses on self-improvement, mindset, confidence, discipline, entrepreneurship, personal growth and the realities of building a career as a digital creator. I also create podcast content through Better Every Day with Kyle Nunes Medeiros, where I talk about becoming a better version of yourself and making decisions that move your life forward.
When did you start it? What motivated you at the beginning?
I started creating content because I wanted to share my experiences and ideas with other people who were trying to figure themselves out and build something of their own. In the beginning, I didn’t have a huge audience or a perfect plan. I simply had the motivation to create and see where it could take me.
Over time, creating became more than just posting videos. It became a way for me to document my own growth while hopefully encouraging other people to believe that they can build something too.
Who were you inspired by? Any influences?
I’ve been inspired by creators and entertainers who were able to turn their personalities into larger creative platforms. Kevin Hart has been a major inspiration for me, particularly because of the way he built his own entertainment projects and created shows where his personality and sense of humour could come through.
That influence played a role in inspiring me to create The Kyle Nunes Medeiros Show, my own YouTube show. I wanted to create something that would give people a different look at who I am beyond individual social media posts — something that feels like its own show and allows me to explore entertainment, conversations, personal growth and my life as a creator.
How would you describe your audience?
My audience is primarily people interested in self-improvement, confidence, success, entrepreneurship and personal growth. A lot of my content is aimed at people who feel like they have more potential than they’re currently using and want to push themselves further.
What is your creative process? Do you have people who work with you?
My creative process usually starts with an idea or a question that I think people can relate to. From there, I develop the concept, think about how it can work visually and figure out how to make it feel authentic to me.
As my projects have grown, I’ve also worked with other people on production, photography, video and creative projects. I’m interested in making my content feel increasingly professional without losing the personality that made people connect with it in the first place.
How do you monetize your content? Do you also have another job?
I monetize my work through my digital content and creative projects, including YouTube, podcasting, books and other opportunities connected to my personal brand. I’m focused on building content creation into a long-term career and business rather than treating it as just a hobby.
What is your favourite piece of content you have created?
One of my favourite parts of my work is my Better Every Day with Kyle Nunes Medeiros podcast because it gives me the opportunity to talk more deeply about the ideas behind my content. Find it on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
What is the best part about what you do? What is the worst part?
The best part is being able to create something from an idea in my head and then watch other people connect with it. Seeing someone tell me that something I created motivated them, made them think differently or encouraged them to keep going is incredibly rewarding.
The hardest part is that being a creator can be unpredictable. There is always pressure to keep creating, improve your work and stay relevant while also remembering why you started. You have to learn how to handle criticism, uncertainty and the possibility that something you worked hard on might not perform the way you expected.
What are your future plans for your channel?
I’m currently working toward expanding the Kyle24 brand and developing The Kyle Nunes Medeiros Show, a YouTube project designed to give people a more direct look at who I am beyond short-form content and social media posts.
I want the channel to continue evolving into a larger creative platform involving video, interviews, entertainment, self-improvement and storytelling. My goal is to keep experimenting and proving that there are no limits to what a creator can build.

PAY IT FORWARD: What is another Canadian content creator that you love?
One Canadian creator I really appreciate is Lilly Singh. I respect how she built a career from creating online and expanded that audience into television, entertainment, books and other creative projects. Her career is a good example of how content creation can become a much larger creative platform.
