NFL star Travis Kelce has offered a light-hearted glimpse into what guests might expect from his forthcoming wedding to pop superstar Taylor Swift.
While the couple have kept most details private, Kelce did share one memorable hint. “They should expect beer. This is going to be one of the biggest in pop culture history,” he joked.
Speaking to TMZ outside his New Heights podcast Super Bowl party, Kelce was asked how many kegs of his brand, Garage Beer, would be served at the reception.
Laughing, he replied, “Man, I can’t even count that high.”
Swift is said to be equally excited about the preparations.
According to reports, she has hinted that many people within her circle will receive invitations. “I know it’s going to be fun to plan because I think the only stressful wedding is when you have a small amount of space for guests,” she reportedly said.
When asked whether there would be live music at the celebration, Kelce responded, “Yes, I think we’re live music kind of people, you know?”
According to The Sun, due to heightened security concerns, they have a Sh1 billion budget just on protection alone.
Swift’s oceanfront home in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, has been mentioned as a possible venue.
A source previously told Page Six that the couple were considering hosting the ceremony there, potentially during the summer.
However, during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Swift alluded to the idea of a larger “destination” wedding, with locations such as Italy under consideration, reportedly inspired by a previous visit to Lake Como.
As is often the case with high-profile figures, much of the speculation surrounding the wedding remains unconfirmed.
Celebrities frequently guard such plans closely, sometimes offering misleading clues in an effort to preserve privacy and deter unwanted attention.
For now, fans will have to wait and see how the celebration eventually unfolds.
