Rapper Cardi B has shared the face and full name of her youngest child for the first time, marking his first birthday with a series of pictures posted on Instagram.
The baby boy, Grey Marsean Diggs, was born on November 13, 2025, and is her first child with American football player Stefon Diggs.
In the birthday post, the Grammy-winning musician shared pictures of Grey dressed in several stylish outfits. In one, he wore a green snapback hat paired with diamond jewellery, while another showed him in a beanie and striped overalls.
The post also featured a picture of the infant dressed in doctor’s scrubs for Halloween 2026.
“Happy 1st birthday to Grey M.D!! It’s only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I’ve had you at my side forever,” the ‘Bodak Yellow’ hitmaker wrote.
In a separate message accompanying the pictures, Cardi B reflected on how carrying her son during a challenging period in her life gave her renewed strength.
“I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me a extra strength. I was growing you inside of me and at the same time you were giving me life! You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like. You light up my life and every room with your smile your laugh and your precious spirit,” she wrote.
Speaking to Billboard, a representative for the musician later confirmed the baby’s full name, adding that he shares his middle name and surname with his father.
Grey is Cardi B’s fourth child. She also has daughters Kulture and Blossom, and son Wave, from her marriage to estranged husband Kiari Cephus, popularly known as Offset.
Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar, and Diggs began their romantic relationship in early 2025 before making it public on social media in June that year.
The couple announced their pregnancy shortly after confirming their relationship. Their romance has since been marked by public ups and downs, including split rumours and remarks made during performances.
Recent reports indicate that the two continue to co-parent their son.
