Former NBA star Lamar Odom has joined OnlyFans, promising fans a more candid look into his life as he ventures onto a platform widely associated with adult entertainment.

The 46-year-old, who won two NBA championships with the Los Angeles Lakers, announced that his account would allow him to connect with fans beyond the carefully managed image often associated with celebrity life.

“I’ve lived a lot of my life in the public eye, but trust me, there’s still a side of Lamar Odom you haven’t seen. Joining OnlyFans gives me a chance to connect with my fans on a whole different level, without all the filters. I’m not giving away too much just yet. You’ll have to subscribe to find out. Just know I’m keeping it real, and nothing’s off the table,” Odom told PEOPLE in a statement.

OnlyFans allows creators to share photographs, videos and live streams with paying subscribers, who can access content through subscriptions and tips.

Odom’s girlfriend, Rachel Bradley, has also launched an account on the platform, with TMZ reporting the possibility of joint projects between the couple.

“I’ve lived a pretty wild life, and trust me, there are still a few surprises left. I’ve always been an open book, but there are some chapters people haven’t seen yet,” Odom told the outlet.

The couple confirmed their relationship publicly earlier this year.

Odom’s personal life has frequently attracted public attention, particularly his marriage to reality television star Khloé Kardashian. Their relationship has resurfaced in public discussion following comments Odom made about their marriage in a recent documentary.

He later addressed the controversy during a podcast appearance, clarifying his remarks and maintaining that his feelings for Kardashian had been genuine.

Kardashian initially filed for divorce in December 2013, citing irreconcilable differences, amid reports of Odom’s infidelity and substance abuse struggles. She later put the proceedings on hold in October 2015 after Odom was hospitalised following a near-fatal overdose.

After his recovery, Kardashian refiled for divorce in May 2016. The divorce was finalised on December 17, 2016.

Odom has three children with his former partner, Liza Morales.

During his basketball career, Odom played for several NBA teams, including the Los Angeles Clippers and Miami Heat, but is best known for his time with the Lakers, with whom he won championships in 2009 and 2010.
