Shettima unveils Arewa for Asiwaju campaign office in Abuja

Vice President Kashim Shettima has arrived at the newly established Arewa for Asiwaju Campaign Head Office in Abuja to officially unveil the facility and inaugurate the movement’s campaign structure.

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Communications (Office of the Vice President), Stanley Nkwocha, disclosed this in a post on X on Saturday.

Nkwocha wrote, “Vice President Kashim Shettima has arrived to unveil the Arewa for Asiwaju (A4A) Campaign Head Office and formally inaugurate the movement’s campaign structure.”

“The event will bring together the leadership and members of the Arewa for Asiwaju movement, alongside other stakeholders.”

Nkwocha added that the occasion would also offer an opportunity for engagement on the Bola Tinubu administration’s economic reforms.

According to him, “The occasion will also provide an opportunity for engagement on the Tinubu administration’s ongoing economic reforms, infrastructure development and efforts to expand investment and economic opportunities across Nigeria under the Renewed Hope Agenda.”

A4A is a mobilisation platform formed by northern political leaders, former governors and lawmakers to back President Bola Tinubu’s re-election campaign, operating across the 19 northern states and the Federal Capital Territory.

Its 14-member Board of Trustees is chaired by a former Kano State governor, Ibrahim Shekarau.
