A new multinational creative group, Live54+, has launched a pan-African network of media, entertainment, marketing, and talent management companies across East Africa, aiming to improve coordination and market reach under one structure.
The network will operate in Nairobi, Kampala, Dar es Salaam, Kigali, and Ghana, integrating audiences, production capabilities, and digital platforms across the region.
“Live54+ will provide the structures and opportunities for creators and brands to work across multiple markets,” said Group CEO Julius Kyazze.
The launch seeks to tackle the fragmentation in Africa’s creative sector, where markets often operate independently and inconsistently. By uniting established firms under one platform, the group hopes to standardise production and distribution.
Kyazze added: “While our markets may be saturated individually, together we can provide the distribution and scale that African ideas need to reach wider audiences.”
The organisation will also leverage shared resources, including legal support, strategic planning, and production assets, while creating regional career pathways for staff.
The network intends to use data from various platforms to inform content creation and product development, enabling a more coordinated approach to audience engagement.
With this initiative, Live54+ aims to strengthen cross-border collaboration in Africa’s creative industry, offering creators and brands a unified platform to expand their reach and impact across the continent.
