SEATTLE — Cannabis marketplace Leafly Holdings Inc. appointed Peter Lee chief executive officer. He will remain a member of Leafly’s board of directors.
Lee has served as the company’s president and chief operating officer since 2024. Previously, he served as president, chief financial officer, and member of the board of directors at Merida Merger Corporation until it merged with Leafly as part of Leafly’s go-public transaction in 2022. He has been a member of Leafly’s board of directors ever since. From 2011 to 2018, he co-founded and was a managing partner at hedge fund Sentinel Rock Capital LLC. He also has held roles at hedge funds Spring Point Capital, Blackstone Kailix, and Tiger Management.
Yoko Miyashita resigned as Leafly CEO and director effective November 21. She had served in the positions since August 2020.
