In a speech in the White House Rose Garden on Tuesday, President Joe Biden called Israel and Hezbollah’s ceasefire agreement ‘good news’. He stressed that Israel reserves the right to quickly resume operations in Lebanon if Hezbollah breaks the terms of the truce.
